2012 MELBOURNE MARATHON INJURY PREVENTION SEMINAR
Running
in the Burbs will host a running-specific injury prevention seminar to
empower runners about to embark on their 2012 marathon campaign with
essential knowledge about injury prevention.
Whatever your running goal, the key to sustained improvement is a prolonged period of injury free training... The invited speaker, Ross Kinsella, a Sports Physiotherapist who works at Croydon Sports Medicine Center, will present practical tips and discuss key issues that every runner needs to look at to help stay injury free.
Rosco is a an elite trail runner himself and practices what he preaches. We invite you to join him and RITB for our regular Saturday morning long run on August 4th, starting at 8.15am from Madeline's Cafe, Jells Park.
