RITB 7-week Beginners 5K Run program
Have you lost it and want it back? Do you have family members or
friends that want to get into it? RUNNING.... If you want to challenge
yourself and get back into it or start, Debbie can Help you and you can
help her. Deb is just returning form injury and need to take things
slow...
This 7-week Beginners 5K Run Program will be suitable for anyone who wants to
start running and can jog for around 5 to 7 minutes with walking breaks.
Come join Debbie, starting on 2nd June and together you can prepare and enter the 5km Run Melbourne event
on the 15th July!
INTERESTED???? Spread the word to family and
friends. Deb is one of RITB's AV-accredited recreational running
coaches and is looking forward to helping others achieve their goals.
